The turnaround time is usually 2-3 days, but we try our best to get it in the mail as soon as possible. Many times, we are able to get your order out the same day. We use USPS Priority Shipping because we've found it to be the most cost effective way to ship because weight is not a factor in the postage rate. Because soap and products are heavy, this is the best way we've found to ship. A tracking number will be emailed to you when the shipping label is created. You will receive email updates from the USPS on the progress of your package and an expected delivery date. Priority Mail delivers 1-3 days, depending on where you live. We can't guarantee the date you receive your order, nor can the USPS. We do our best to safely package your order so it will arrive in great condition. AZ residents: Please note a 6.3% sales tax will be added to your order through our website and at in-person events. Local pick-up is no longer available. We have to be able to prove you received your order and the only way to do that is with a tracking number from the United States Postal Service.
We only ship within the United States at this time. We ship to all 50 states.

The website does not keep your personal financial information stored nor do we have access to that information. All purchases go through our sale processors, either PayPal or Stripe, depending on which card you use. We do not accept personal checks. In person sales are made using PayPal Here.
